KORZÉ — Return & Refund Policy

1. General Returns

Due to the nature of our jewelry products and for hygiene and consumer-safety reasons, KORZÉ does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All orders should be carefully reviewed before purchase, including the selected size, length, color and product specifications.

2. Hygiene & Product Condition

For products supplied in sealed packaging, the product must remain sealed and unused where applicable.

We do not accept returns of jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned without its original packaging and protective materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, KORZÉ reserves the right to refuse a return where the applicable legal conditions for exercising a return/right of withdrawal have not been met.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the claim and, where required by applicable law, offer an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is legally required and approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

KORZÉ will not issue refunds for products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered by the customer where applicable law permits the refusal of such return.

5. Lost or Incorrectly Returned Items

KORZÉ is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned by the customer when the return has not been authorized by KORZÉ.
